How we handle your information
Last updated 22 October 2026.
Who we are
Wheelcroft Media Ltd (company number 15700250, registered in England and Wales) runs this website and is the controller of any personal information you give us through it. Our registered office is Belmont Suite, Paragon Business Park, Chorley New Road, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6HG. You can reach us at josh@wheelcroft.co.
What we collect
If you send us a brief through this website, we receive what you entered: your name, company, website, email address and anything you tell us about your project. The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service that passes your message to our inbox. If you email us directly instead, we receive what you send.
While you fill in the brief, your browser keeps a draft on your own device so you do not lose it if you close the panel. We cannot see that draft. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
Why we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and to discuss the work you have described. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where we go on to work together, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attack. Web3Forms processes the contents of any brief you send through the form so it can deliver it to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than six years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email josh@wheelcroft.co and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
